Collaborative Practice for the Middle Class: Streamlined Flat Fee Collaborative Practice

Traditional Collaborative Practice is the Tesla of processes. It is great but it can be costly. Many of the middle class cannot afford a “Tesla”.
We have designed a process that is streamlined and intended to be substantially less costly than the traditional Collaborative Practice process. In this workshop, you’ll learn a new version of collaborative practice is more efficient and cost-effective. This process is not about reducing our fees so that more people can afford our process. This about changing the process so that it is more efficient with limits to the service provided. We are attracting more clients offering this process and making more profit than using the traditional process. This is a full team process involving two attorneys, a mental health professional and a financial professional so it still has the benefits of the collaborative process we love.

We are experimenting. We want to share our experience so that you can start experimenting in your community. Many communities have taken the opportunity to begin experimenting with this process include much of Florida and now you have the chance to do so too.

Brian Galbraith is a collaborative lawyer and international trainer. Brian serves on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Collaborative Professions. He is a leader both locally and in his provincial organization. Brian has presented many workshops at the IACP forum and for practice groups all over the country. Brian recently conducted on of the first Introductory Collaborative Practices offered using Zoom online. Brian was instrumental in the creation of the Streamlined Flat Fee process.
