Jeremy S. Gaies, Psy.D.
is a licensed psychologist and certified family mediator in Tampa, Florida, whose work is now devoted exclusively to Collaborative practice.. He earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his doctoral degree from Rutgers University.
Dr. Gaies is a founder of Tampa Bay Collaborative Trainers, training Collaborative professionals worldwide, and he has been involved with the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Tampa Bay Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Next Generation Divorce.
Dr. Gaies is the author of two books for family law clients: A Clear and Easy Guide to Collaborative Divorce (2018) and Mindful Co-parenting: A Child-Friendly Path through Divorce (2014), which he co-authored with his good friend, Dr. Jim Morris.

Teresa F. Parnell, Psy.D., M.A.,
has over 30 years of experience as a mental health professional with a focus on families. She now spends her professional time as a mediator, neutral process facilitator in Collaborative law cases, co-parenting consultant, and parenting plan consultant.
She is a Licensed Psychologist, Florida Supreme Court Certified Mediator (Appellate, Circuit, County, Dependency, and Family), Accredited Collaborative Professional, and a Certified Addictions Professional.
Dr. Parnell has been involved in several projects to provide Collaborative services to low-and moderate-income families.
Dr. Parnell is also a Collaborative process trainer with Roadmaps for Resolution and an adjunct professor at Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, Barry University in the pro bono Collaborative clinic.
